Founder and president Bruce Hamilton began working in the field while attending Foothill College Horticulture Program in 1981. Dedicated to a quality job he found it difficult to leave working directly on the job until he hired Hugo and Jaime, two brothers who shared his passion for creating beautiful and enduring landscapes. When Hugo and Jaime were asked why they worked for LANDCON for over 10 years they said, " Bruce is the only contractor we've worked for that wants the job done right and he gives us the time to do it."

Our scope of work includes consultation and design, grading and soil preparation,planting irrigation, material selection, decking, arbors, gazebos, retaining walls, fountains, ponds, swimming pools, spas and hardscaping. Our staff regularly installs pavers, concrete, stamped concrete, flagstone, slate, brick etc.
